Orbits

The orbit constraint allows to define what orbits will be operational over a given Area of Interest, over a given Antenna, or for a given Sensor.

It is possible to define numbers of Absolute orbits, Relative orbits and / or Paths.

Orbit numbers are defined in comma separated list. Numbers need not be in sequential order.

It is possible to define orbit numbers of one or several satellites independently.

Only those orbit numbers complying with the constraint will be used for intersection calculation over the affected AOI.

In the case of the constraint applied to an antenna, contact visibilities will be calculated only for the orbits complying with the constraint.

You may define different orbit number sets for Ascending direction or Descending direction, or for both.
