Define maximum Cloud fraction.
If the Cloud fraction for a given swath is above the Maximum threshold, the swath will be discarded.
Cloud information is obtained by qualifying swaths with Cloud Statistic and Cloud Forecast data.
The Maximum threshold is applied to the Cloud Forecast parameter. If this is not available (e.g. lack of internet, swath time out of forecast time boundaries), the Cloud Statistic will be applied instead. If neither Forecast nor Statistic is available, the constraint will not be applied.
